Mother Gaia/ A Place Of Grace

if i could make a place to be
create a space of symmetry
i'd fill it with the essence of
the skill of god
the art of love

if dreams could be my destiny
a spirit's whisper from the sea
the sweetest breeze would kiss the land
where rainbows wed
the sea and sand

divine and pure beyond compare
an angel's breath would bless the air
and stars in heaven's canopy
would light the nights
so brilliantly

exalting palms that glorify
with hailing arms they praise the sky
and sunsets able to embrace
the love of god
in all it's grace

if i could make a place to be
where nature worships faithfully
i'd make a place like this to live
a place of grace
designed to give

  1. What a gorgeous poem! Not only for what it says but also for the beauty of the verse.
